1. I think Carezzia is too expensive. Can you not offer better rates?
I appreciate your question, but you can drive a Mercedes or a Nissan. There is a difference in everything; including the price.

2. Why is it that I have to pay so much, and get so little?
I am sorry, but this is an endless discussion. Obviously you are not our target audience.

3. The rates that are published on your website. Are they all in? Are there any extra costs?
The rates as mentioned on the website are for a complete full body massage. The only additional cost will be for local transportation, which is on average between 20-40 sterling.

4. Must I pay extra for candles, warm massage oil, incenses or iPod music? It may sound silly, but last month I booked a treatment because the offer was irresistible. A very fair price compared to yours and the masseuse was promised to be gorgeous. But when she arrived, and I gave her the money, she told me that If I wanted warm oil, candles etc. I had to pay extra for each item. I was appalled. I actually sent her away, as I felt completely cheated. Do you concur?
I completely concur. What an amateurs! You did the right thing by sending her away. Rest assured our prices are all inclusive, except for a small amount for transportation.

5. When I travel into London, I never carry big amounts of cash on me. Do you accept credit cards? If so, can you guarantee that the card is charged discreetly?
Indeed we accept credit cards like Mastercard and Visa. And yes, I personally guarantee that your card will be charged in a neutral and discreet name.

6. I do not want any unusual large amount charged to my card. I do not travel with cash on me. Do you have any suggestion how I can discreetly justify spending around 300 sterling late at night?
Go to an ATM machine and get your pocket money. It’s simple and discreet.

7. I am from the USA. In my country it is common to tip for good service. What is the situation in London?
In London the hospitality industry usually includes a service charge. In our case, our rates are all in. Your masseuse does not expect any tip. However, if you feel the service was exceptional, feel free to give her a tip; she will gratefully accept it.

8. Why do I have to pay upfront before I have even gotten the massage? I mean, I can see the masseuse upon arrival. So I know she is to my liking. But how do I know I will get a great treatment and get really satisfied? Can you allow me to pay at the end?
Unfortunately we can not allow you to pay at the end. In the massage industry it is customary to pay upfront.

9. If I am not happy with the masseuse when she arrives. Is there a cancellation rule? How much does that cost?
In such an unlikely event, you can cancel. There is a penalty fee of 200 pound sterling for late cancellations.

10. On average I spent 40 nights per year in a London hotel. I regularly order a massage in my room. But times are tough. I mean I have a good spending potential, but life has become more expensive and many companies now offer discounts or other buying incentives. Do you offer discounts?
